Nordson ASYMTEK, a Nordson company, recently announced it received two industry awards at a ceremony held on February 24 during IPC APEX 2015 in San Diego. The company received the 2015 Service Excellence Award (SEA) and 2015 New Product Introduction (NPI) Award for electronics assembly equipment, materials, and software in the Dispensing Equipment category.

The SEA reportedly recognizes companies that receive the highest customer service ratings from their own customers when compared against the scores of the other companies in that category. Companies are rated in five service categories. Nordson ASYMTEK has won all 11 times it has entered in the past 12 years.

Nordson ASYMTEK also received the NPI Award for its Quantum^® fluid dispensing system, which enables the speed, high-precision, and closed-loop process controls found in smaller dispensers, but with a large 423 x 458 mm dispense area. The Quantum platform can reportedly accommodate dual-lanes and dual-valve dispensing and is designed to handle a range of substrate sizes and fluids.
