V. Himark Inc.announced recently it has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Intertape Polymer Group^® Inc. The agreement specifies geographies within North America where IPG will have sole distributor rights, as well as marketing rights to Cactus branded industrial tape products for converting and distribution, beginning on Nov. 2.
