Henkel recently announced that Benoit Pouliquen has been appointed corporate senior vice president and global head of the electronics business of Henkel Adhesive Technologies. He succeeds Alan Syzdek, who retired last year.

Pouliquen reportedly joined Henkel as part of its 2014 acquisition of The Bergquist Co., where he served on the board of directors before being named CEO in 2011.

“Benoit has proven his leadership skills at Bergquist, ultimately positioning the company as an attractive organization for acquisition,” said Jan-Dirk Auris, executive vice president. “He has been an influential driver of the fast and successful integration of Bergquist into Henkel and we are confident that our Electronics business will grow further under his global leadership.”
