This company now offers a portable pumping system with static mixer capable of handling both laminar and turbulent flow applications across a 26-element low pressure drop (LPD) static mixer. The system can be used for continuous inline mixing of minor liquid components into a fluid stream. It reportedly produces a homogenous blend within a single pass, despite differences in the viscosity and density of the materials being pumped at a controlled rate.

The pictured mobile skid includes a variable frequency drive for the feed pump, inlet and outlet pressure transmitters, 4 in. color touchscreen for viewing process variables, emergency stop push button and a vortex enclosure cooler for the NEMA 4 operator station.
