RPM International Inc. recently announced that its Rust-Oleum Group has acquired Miracle Sealants Co. Based in Arcadia, Calif., Miracle Sealants has annual net sales of approximately $25 million.

The acquired company provides a range of professional-grade care and installation products for natural stone, ceramic and porcelain tile, grout, brick, and other masonry surfaces. The company has national distribution in tile shops across the U.S., as well as big-box retailers.

“Miracle Sealants is an excellent strategic fit that adds another platform within Rust-Oleum’s hard surface care product portfolio,” said Frank C. Sullivan, chairman and CEO of RPM. “Leveraging the Rust-Oleum global distribution, sales and marketing network will drive sales growth.”
