AJ Adhesives and Mid-America Packaging (MAP) recently announced the acquisition of Wes Adhesives Inc., an adhesive and adhesive application equipment distributor founded in 1981. AJ and MAP, already servicing the same geographic area, reportedly plan to continue to make growth in Texas, as well as allow the company to promote/sell other product lines in all its geographies.

At present, each company will reportedly continue to operate as it currently does, experiencing only minor changes to transition to operating platforms. Wes Adhesives personnel are joining the AJ & MAP team and will assist in the transition.
