Sister companies AJ Adhesives and Mid-America Packaging (MAP) recently announced the acquisition of Holmes, Pa.-based Evco Industries. Through this acquisition, AJ and MAP report that they will be able to provide customers continued products and services that currently fill their needs, as well as additional offerings that may fill some gaps. In addition to Evco Industries’ original Holmes location, which features 35,000 sq ft of warehouse and office space, the company’s service area is complemented with AJ and MAP locations in Chicago, St. Louis, Houston, Dallas, and Portland, Ore.
