APPLIED Adhesives has acquired Industrial Sales and Distribution Inc. (ISD), a distributor of adhesives and silicones serving manufacturing customers for more than 35 years. Headquartered in Westerly, Rhode Island, ISD (formerly R.P. Morrison Co.) has a reputation for technical expertise, customer service, and specialized solutions in the aerospace, product assembly, and pad printing markets.
APPLIED Adhesives reports that the acquisition strengthens its position in the adhesives and silicones market, expands its customer base, and enhances its ability to serve customers with a broader portfolio of products, services, and technical capabilities. ISD’s addition also advances APPLIED’s ability to deliver adhesive and dispensing solutions supported by local expertise and national scale.
