Dow DuPont recently announced the 2018 R&D 100 Awards program has named four finalists from the new DuPont transportation and advanced polymers portfolio, two grades of Zytel® HTN and two automotive adhesives, BETASEAL™ 7160 glass bonding systems and BETAFORCE™ 9050M composite bonding adhesives. All four products reportedly meet customer criteria for challenges including vehicle lightweighting, electrification and the emergence of 5G wireless technology.
