Nouryon recently announced an expanded partnership with distributor Gazechim Group, which the company expects will improve access to thermoset products for customers in France, Italy, the UK, and Ireland. “This agreement is an important step to better serve our customers,” said Johan Landfors, managing director for Polymer Chemistry at Nouryon. “Gazechim is the largest distributor of thermoset products in Europe, and we believe the new partnership will help strengthen customer relationships and accelerate our growth in key markets.”

Under the agreement, Gazechim will distribute Nouryon’s complete portfolio of organic peroxides and auxiliaries for the thermoset business, which are used in the production of composite products for industries such as sports and leisure, automotive, aerospace, and energy. In addition to working together in technical and safety support for customers, Gazechim and Nouryon will also jointly develop new projects and commercial opportunities.

“We have a strong reputation in the thermoset market, and we seek partnerships with strong organizations like Nouryon to build on our value proposition and continue to grow our business,” said Gazechim’s Jean-Mark Libes.

Gazechim has been distributing Nouryon’s products in Germany, Spain, Benelux, and most Nordic countries since 2012. The expanded partnership will take effect September 1, 2019.
