AGM Container Controls, Inc. recently announced its acquisition of Duralar Technologies, a manufacturer of advanced ultra-hard metal coatings and coating systems. Duralar will become a wholly owned subsidiary of AGM. Both AGM and Duralar are currently headquartered in Tucson, Ariz.; Duralar will be relocated into the AGM headquarters facility by the end of the year.
