Milliken Finalizes Borchers Acquisition
As Borchers integrates into Milliken, daily operations will reportedly continue without interruption, including relationships with existing suppliers and customers.
Milliken & Co. recently announced that it has formally acquired Borchers Group Ltd. from The Jordan Company, L.P. The transaction officially closed on January 28, 2020.
