IMCD Acquires Andes Chemical
The acquisition marks IMCD's debut in Central America and Peru.
IMCD N.V. recently announced its acquisition of Andes Chemical Corp. This acquisition marks IMCD's debut in Central America and Peru, expanding its presence in Latin America and throughout the Caribbean. The acquisition adds 43 employees to IMCD's Americas team, as well as a CASE innovation laboratory located in Miami that provides product and formulation support.
