Javier Joins Barentz U.S. CASE & Plastics Team
Javier has worked for more than 20 years in the industrial chemical field in the U.S. and Mexico.
Barentz recently announced that Mercedes (Meche) Leon Javier has been appointed account manager for CASE & Plastics, covering Texas and Louisiana. According to Barentz, Javier is an accomplished commercial professional and has worked for more than 20 years in the industrial chemical field in the U.S. as well as Mexico.
Javier has spent many years in senior positions developing and implementing global strategies for oil and lubricant additives for the oil and gas markets, as well as sales positions covering silica, coatings and adhesive resins, reactive sealants, coatings and binders, and methacrylate monomers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico.
