The Adhesive and Sealant Council (ASC) recently announced that it has welcomed nine new members to its ranks since the start of the year. The new member companies represent different aspects of the adhesive and sealant supply chain, including raw materials suppliers and manufacturers.

“New members are critical to ASC growth and with implantation of our new long-range plan we welcome new voices to help steer that process,” said Steve Duren, managing director of Membership and Industry Programs. “We are pleased to have nine new members join ASC—a reflection of an upturn—and we look forward to actively engaging with them on industry issues, market information, educational training and proactive advocacy.”

The following companies joined the council this year:

  • Advanced Polymer, Inc. (supplier)
  • Aramco Performance Materials (supplier)
  • Colquimica Adhesives (manufacturer)
  • ICP Group (manufacturer)
  • Mon Eco Industries (manufacturer)
  • Scott Bader (supplier)
  • Selena (manufacturer)
  • SI Group (supplier)
  • Sulzer (supplier)

“With a soon to be revealed and implementation of the new ASC Long Range Plan, members have a variety of choice when it comes to engaging in new programs and services,” Duren said. “A focus on sustainability, end user engagement and advocacy are just some of the highlights to the three different areas where we are focusing resources into the future.”
