Resource Label Group, LLC recently announced its acquisition of Ample Labels, as well as an agreement to acquire StickerGriant.com. Located in Nixa, Mo., Ample Labels was founded by David Menzies in 1968. The company has reportedly grown to be a leading digital and flexographic printer for customers in the food, health, personal care, industrial, pharmaceutical, and beverage segments.

Resource Label has also signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire Colorado-based StickerGiant.com, Inc. Closing of the acquisition is expected to be completed in mid-October, pending regulatory approval.

Created by John Fischer in 2000 as one of the first online sticker companies, StickerGiant is an industry leader in the ecommerce sticker and label custom manufacturing channel.
