The ChemQuest Group recently announced the addition of Bradley Boelkins in the role of vice president. Boelkins joins ChemQuest after a 33-year career with tesa tape, inc. Starting at tesa in 1988 as a product manager for single-sided adhesive tapes, he grew to hold executive management positions and developed expertise in sales, marketing, business development, executive management, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Before retiring from tesa tape at the end of 2021, Boelkins served as a management team member and director of Operations/M&A, a promotion he received in 2017. In this executive role, he was responsible for North American M&A buy-side activity, where he strategically identified and engaged potential acquisition targets that led to multiple acquisitions. In addition to M&A duties, Boelkins was involved with crafting the North American tesa tape production vision, strategy, and implementation, which included oversight of the company’s production, quality, and supply chain operations.

He received a dual Bachelor of Arts in German and political science from Calvin College. He continued his pursuit of German language skills and business at the graduate level at the University of Michigan, as well as the University of Salzburg, Austria.

“I very much look forward to working closely with Brad on our future buy and sell-side M&A projects,” said Dan Murad, CEO of ChemQuest. “His experience with M&A will help bolster ChemQuest’s current M&A offerings, and his extensive adhesive experience will also benefit our clients interested in that area of market specialization.”

“I am tremendously excited to join the The ChemQuest Group and have already been extremely impressed by the knowledge and experience of my colleagues,” Boelkins said. “I very much look forward to working with the team to help develop the business further and address the needs of our clients.”
