American Colors, Inc. recently announced its acquisition of Colorificio Migliavacca of Bergamo, Italy. The 110-year-old Colorificio Migliavacca reportedly produces difficult pigment dispersions. Its strategic location is a fundamental part of American Colors’ expansion strategy to support and gain market presence in Europe.
