Great Place to Work and Fortune Recognize Dow for Workplace Culture

Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine have named Dow as one of the 2022 Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production™. Dow has ranked #4 in the large organization category, and this is the second consecutive year the company made this prestigious list. Great Place to Work is reportedly the only company culture award in the United States that selects winners based on how fairly employees are treated. Each company is assessed based on how well it is creating a great employee experience, taking into consideration all aspects including race, gender, age, disability status, and job responsibilities.
