Pilot Chemical Co. Names New President and COO

Pilot Chemical Co. has named Christian MacIver as president and chief operating officer (COO), effective January 3, 2023. MacIver brings nearly 30 years of commercial management and supply chain experience to the role. She will operate out of Pilot Chemical’s headquarters in West Chester, Ohio, and will report to CEO Mike Clark.
“Christian is a critical addition to Pilot Chemical Co. – not only because of her decades of leadership experience in the chemical industry, but also because she strongly values investment in team members and customers,” said Clark. “We are thrilled to welcome her to the company. She is uniquely positioned to not only continue, but also accelerate our strategy execution of operational excellence, growth, and innovation.”
MacIver most recently served as vice president, Global Supply Chain with Ingevity, a chemical manufacturer headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina. Over her career, she spent 27 years in a variety of sales, innovation, and business management roles in the chemical industry. MacIver earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Virginia.
