Acquisition expands H.B. Fuller’s capacity in the fast-growing healthcare adhesives market.

New manufacturing capacity and complementary portfolio expands and diversifies H.B. Fuller’s Construction Adhesives business.

Maker of bio-based epichlorohydrin transferred administrative operations to its parent company to increase efficiency and improve customer relations. 

Strengthened by PIAM’s portfolio and performance, the acquisition will broaden Arkema’s high-performance polymer range. 

H.B. Fuller Co. announced the completion of two acquisitions: a medical adhesives company and a specialty adhesives company. 

The acquisition will allow Mactac to enhance the acquired company’s product offerings while growing the customer base for both companies.  

The acquisition will complement and expand Arkema’s product line and global presence.

Both companies will expand their customer base while continuing to innovate and improve their products.

The acquisition is expected to accelerate growth and expand the customer base.

With the deal expected to close in the second quarter of 2023, Lion Brothers will become part of Avery Dennison's Apparel Solutions business.
