Platte River Equity announced its portfolio company MFG Chemical, a specialty and custom manufacturer of complex chemistries, has acquired H.P. Polymers.

3M recently announced it has sold its 50% equity stake in Combi Packaging Systems LLC (Combi) to SIAT Group. 

Arkema has acquired a 54% stake in PI Advanced Materials. The mutually beneficial agreement is expected to earn €30 million (EBITDA) over the next five years.
