RPM International Inc. recently announced that it has acquired Viapol Ltda., a leading Brazilian manufacturer and marketer of building materials and construction products.

AkzoNobel has completed the restructuring of its activities in Pakistan by formally establishing AkzoNobel Pakistan Ltd. as a separate legal entity from ICI Pakistan.
