The goal of the partnership is to boost awareness of export and partnering opportunities to enable RadTech members to identify new markets for their products and grow their businesses by increasing exports.
RadTech recently announced the adoption of ASTM D 7767-11, “Standard Test Method to Measure Volatiles from Radiation Curable Acrylate Monomers, Oligomers, and Blends and Thin Coatings Made from Them.”
Sealants are generally chosen for their ability to fill gaps, resist relative movement of the substrates, and exclude or contain another material. Sealants are generally lower in strength than adhesives, but have better flexibility. Usually, a sealant must effectively bond to a substrate in order to perform these functions.
