The Adhesive and Sealant Council’s (ASC) Regulatory Affairs Committee (RAC) recently held its annual “forecasting” conference call, during which we prioritize what are believed to be the biggest legislative and regulatory issues for the industry in the upcoming year.

The increase in demand for mobile electronic devices has brought about new design challenges with an ever-greater emphasis on mechanical strength and thermal management capability.

My answer to that question is somewhat complicated and depends on what I happen to be doing at any given moment
