FEICA Conference Provides Global Reach (8/11/09)

While Web seminars and conference calls are an economical way to conduct business and meet with clients, there’s nothing like an in-person event. For a conference with global reach, the 2009 FEICA conference will take place September 17-18 at the InterContinental Budapest in Budapest, Hungary. The theme for the event is “Sustainable Business Development.”

The FEICA conference gathers about 250 senior industry players from the adhesives and sealants industry in Europe, the United States, China, Turkey, South Africa, and more. With high-level speakers, as well as excellent social and partner programs, the conference is an important event for the European adhesives and sealants industry.

Highlights of the conference include a keynote address on “Meeting the Environmental Challenges of Europe” by Holger Krahmer, member of the European Parliament and the Committee on the Environment, Public Health, and Food Safety. In addition, a panel discussion will address “Sustainable Business Development: From Principles Toward Actions.”

This year’s event includes an extended exhibition; a tabletop exhibition will take place throughout the duration of the conference. Located in the catering area next to the conference rooms, the exhibition will be convenient and accessible.
