Going Green in Columbus (7/31/08)
If you live or work in the Columbus, Ohio, area, be sure to check out Columbus Green Spot, a new initiative by Mayor Michael B. Coleman. It's the place where Columbusians can go to learn about living and working greener, and commit to doing it - in their homes, businesses, and communities.
Households, businesses and organizations must be within the city of Columbus to participate.
This is a great initiative, and one that I wish I could support – however, living and working outside of Buckeye Territory (*cough* Go Blue! *cough*) means that I will just have to keep on doing my part, sans recognition.
But, for you companies based within the city of Columbus, I urge you to take part in this important initiative. And when you do, please tell us about it so that we can feature you in a future blog post! Just leave a comment below.
