Are you encouraged by the rise in U.S. new home sales in June?
Yes: 57.5%
No: 42.5%
Do you consider this data to be a false positive?
Yes: 59%

“The fundamentals of the economy are not good. We are not out of the woods. The weak dollar will cause massive inflation and unemployment in the service sector. “
“I think this could be the start of a long slow climb out of the recession.”
“Home sales are likely to improve in summer as people relocate and get in place for children to start school in August/September. If they still see improved sales in November and December it cold be more promising.”
“I fully expect things to get worse.”
“Ultimately, I am more concerned with job growth in the manufacturing sector.”
“Prices are low, but the jobless rate is high. People buying are retirees and first timers.”
“The economic conditions are still ‘ify’ but most indicators are inching up little by little.”
