Dow has signed a sale and purchase agreement to sell its 50% interest in DowAksa Advanced Composites Holdings BV (DowAksa) to the other 50% partner in the joint venture. 

Henkel recently announced that the company has successfully completed the divestment of the Retailer Brands business in North America earlier than expected.

The global chemical company OQ Chemicals has sold its Dutch esters plant in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, to Perstorp Group.

The sale is aligned with Berry’s strategy to transition its portfolio toward consumer-focused end markets. 

Along with the divestment, the company is realigning its building and construction market segments into a newly named global business unit.  

PPG has completed the sale of its silicas products business to Warsaw, Poland-based QEMETICA for approximately $310 million in pre-tax proceeds.
