Bodo Möller Chemie has acquired 50.1% of distribution company Losi Group, a solutions provider for bonding composite materials and surface technologies for the aerospace industry, defense sector, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), motorsport, and the high-tech automotive industry. The Losi Group is able to advise and supply over 250 clients in more than 50 countries worldwide due to its complex warehouse infrastructure. The technology used in Lodi's warehouses can lower cooling capacities down to -40°C and the company, certified by ISO 9001 and EN 9120, meets the special requirements imposed by the aerospace industry.

Losi’s impressive portfolio contains products from the leaders in the market, including Henkel Adhesive Technologies (Loctite®, Bonderite®), Airtech Advanced Materials, Virtek, and Aeroform Composites. This partnership with Bodo Möller Chemie creates easier access to aerospace product providers.

For Bodo Möller Chemie, this takeover plays a crucial role in achieving its growth targets and reinforcing its global partnership with Henkel. “This strategic move is a significant milestone for us, opening up new avenues in the aerospace market, with a specific focus on Henkel and Airtech products and top-tier systems for aerospace applications such as Virtek and Aeroform,” said Frank Haug, chair of the Bodo Möller Chemie Group Executive Management.

“Renowned internationally, the Bodo Möller Chemie Group provides much more than just distribution since they align with our company values as they too are a family enterprise,” said Andrea Losi, CEO, Losi Group.
