The acquisition emphasizes Barentz' commitment to the South American market and complements its platform across the broader Mercosur region. Gustavo Vidart and the current team of Insuquim will continue to manage the day-to-day business operations.

Headquartered in Asunción, Paraguay, Insuquim is active in both performance materials and life sciences end markets.
