ICP Group Appoints New Vice President of Marketing

ICP Group, a specialty chemical manufacturer in North America and leader in professional building products, has hired Deb Lechner as its new vice president of marketing. Lechner brings more than 30 years of experience in the building products industry to the position.
As vice president of marketing, Lechner will report directly to CEO Jay Doubman and serve on the Executive Leadership Team, acting as a strategic marketing partner for the company. With a proven track record of developing and executing customer-focused marketing and business strategies, she will bring her expertise to ICP’s business units, supported by the company’s dedicated marketing team.
