The Griff Network, an integrated leader in specialty paper and film solutions, announced the appointment of David Schur as director of Hot Melt Coated Products. A 20-year veteran of the adhesives, bonding, and converting industry, Schur joins the leadership team to spearhead the growth and market expansion of Griff’s advanced hot-melt coating division.

In his new position, Schur brings a track record of driving breakthrough growth in complex B2B sectors, including high-performance elastomers, technical adhesives, and engineered sealing solutions. Most recently, Schur served as director of marketing for TBP Converting, where he was a primary catalyst for the vision and trajectory of its manufacturing division. Under his leadership, the division evolved from a nascent operation with just two pieces of equipment into a sophisticated multi-site manufacturing powerhouse. Schur oversaw the expansion to over 20 specialized production lines across facilities in Pennsylvania and Texas, leading a team of over 30 professionals and driving the division to account for more than 10% of total company sales.
