ASK Distribution Consulting Names Industry Experts to Board of Managers

ASK Distribution Consulting LLC (ASK) has appointed several industry leaders to its Board of Managers. The appointments became effective November 2025 and are reported to further strengthen the board’s depth of expertise. They are also intended to support ASK’s ongoing commitment to safety, training, Responsible Distribution, and operational excellence across the chemical distribution industry.
“The ASK Board of Managers plays an important role in guiding the organization’s strategic priorities and ensuring continued credibility across its programs,” said Lucinda Schofer, chief operating officer of the Alliance for Chemical Distribution (ACD) and chair of the ASK Board. “We remain focused on providing thoughtful oversight and direction as ASK continues to grow its support for the chemical distribution supply chain.”
The ASK Board of Managers is responsible for providing governance and strategic guidance to support ASK’s mission and ensure the organization continues to deliver value, credibility, and consistency in its programs and services.
The new managers appointed to ASK’s board include April Yeager, senior vice president and general manager at Essential Ingredients, and David Birdsong, MS, manager, regulatory compliance at Advanced Chemical Logistics.
