Channeled Resources Group (CRG) announced that Mike Hefelfinger has joined the company as strategic business development manager, release liners. In his new role, Hefelfinger will focus on strategic growth initiatives within the company’s expanding release liner business, working closely with customers to develop reliable, application-specific solutions across a range of markets.

Hefelfinger has nearly three decades of experience within the release liner and pressure-sensitive materials industry. He spent almost 30 years with Technicote, later Beontag, where he held a variety of leadership roles spanning sales management, product management, and technical development. His background includes managing silicone-coated release liner and pressure-sensitive sheeted divisions, leading inside and outside sales teams, and working closely with technical groups to qualify new silicone systems and alternative liner supply options.

“Mike’s experience across sales and technical development makes him a great fit for CRG and our customers,” said Ginnie Gandy, general manager, release liners at CRG. “As demand for custom-engineered and domestically sourced release liners continues to grow, his industry knowledge will be a valuable asset to our team.”
