Abdallah Dabaghi Takes Expanded MEA Role at Bodo Möller Chemie
Bodo Möller Chemie recently announced that in May and July, Abdallah Dabaghi assumed responsibilities as managing director for locations in Egypt, Nigeria, and the Middle East. His expanded responsibilities build on his existing position as executive vice president, Middle East and Africa (MEA), and consolidate overall responsibility for the locations.
As managing director for Egypt, Nigeria, and the Middle East, Dabaghi will drive business and strategic development across the MEA region, with a particular focus on client growth and market expansion.
With over 25 years of experience in the chemicals distribution sector, he brings knowledge of sales, business development, and regional corporate governance to his new post. He has a strong track record in building regional organizations and cultivating long-term relationships with clients and suppliers. His wide-ranging expertise covers numerous application areas within the chemical industry.
In his new role, Dabaghi will consolidate Bodo Möller Chemie’s presence in existing markets and develop new business activities across the region. One key priority is to strengthen the group’s position as a leading provider and trusted partner for specialty chemicals, adhesives, sealants, composites, and advanced materials in the Middle East and Africa. He will also focus on further developing the local offices and management teams. By providing increased technical and business support, the company aims to build closer ties with clients and work with its international suppliers to unlock new business opportunities.
