SI Group Announces Leadership Transition
SI Group has appointed Marcello Boldrini as chief executive officer, effective October 19, 2026. Boldrini succeeds David Bradley, who has served as president and chief executive officer since 2019.
Boldrini brings more than three decades of leadership experience in the specialty chemicals and materials industry, with a career spanning Europe, Asia and the Americas. Most recently, he served as chief executive officer and a director of global specialty chemicals company Kraton Corp. During his tenure at Kraton, Boldrini led growth and transformation initiatives, including the creation of a Transformation Office that generated more than $100 million in annual EBITDA improvements. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Houghton International, Momentive/Hexion, and Ashland.
