The IUV301 LED UV Curing Chamber from Intertronics provides a straightforward way to establish and run controlled, repeatable UV curing processes. A compact enclosed chamber provides adjustable intensity and exposure time, allowing curing conditions to be optimized for the application and reproduced consistently.

Designed for fast, safe and controlled curing of UV curable adhesives, coatings, inks and encapsulants, it features a compact, enclosed benchtop format that suits R&D and process development areas, laboratories and the production floor. It operates from standard mains power and is available with 365 nm, 385 nm or 405 nm LED wavelengths to match your material’s curing.

The IUV301’s highly reflective internal surfaces provide uniform UV exposure across the curing area, while adjustable intensity and exposure time help maintain consistent conditions between cycles. Curing within an enclosed chamber reduces operator-dependent variables, helping manufacturers achieve a more consistent and repeatable process.

UV shielding and safety interlocks protect operators from exposure to UV light. This combination makes the IUV301 equally applicable to a start-up developing its first UV curing process, an R&D or quality laboratory, a process development or improvement team, or an established manufacturer looking for a practical production curing solution.
