“In-mold labeling of containers for food, personal-care items, household cleaning and automotive products is growing globally,” says Ronald B. Schultz, president of RBS Technologies, Inc., the sponsor of Euro/IMLCON2000. He notes that “uses for blow-molded and injection-molded containers decorated with high-quality in-mold labels continue to expand into new market areas. Many new IML applications changed from heat-transfer or pressure sensitive labels to achieve cost savings for the packager.”
In addition to four sessions of invited papers, Euro/IMLCON2000 will feature a tabletop exhibit hall and many networking opportunities during a conference reception and two luncheons. The papers will cover topics of interest to end users, blow molders, injection molders, printers, and material and equipment suppliers.
Details are available on the Conference Web site, www.imlcon.com, or from RBS Technologies, Inc., phone 480-473-0301, or e-mail info@imlcon.com.
