NeoResins has launched its new company logo.

WILMINGTON, Mass. — NeoResins, a part of Avecia Inc., formerly Zeneca Resins, has launched its new company logo. The company believes the new name and logo will be a continual reminder to its customers of the products it develops and markets — NeoCryl®, NeoRad®, NeoRez® and NeoPac®.

The NeoResins business invents, develops, manufactures and markets effect polymers — primarily water-based resins — which are used as binders and additives for the adhesives, paint, coatings and printing inks industries. Many of the NeoCryl and NeoRez polymers and intermediates for industrial and packaging adhesives are water-based, and end-uses range from blister packaging for tablets to industrial-laminating adhesives.

The purchase of Zeneca Specialties and the creation of NeoResins was announced in September 1999. Over the next few months, Zeneca Resins will fade completely, and NeoResins will emerge through a strong new identifier.
