Dovechemicentral Acquires MSK in Indonesia
Dovechemcentral has announced the acquisition of MSK, a distributor of specialty chemicals in Indonesia. The new operation, located in Jakarta, Indonesia, will be named PT Dovechemcentral Indonesia. The company is a joint venture between Chemcentral Corp. and Dovechem Holdings.
