UCB’s Mike Idacavage Receives RadTech President’s Award

CHEVY CHASE, Md. — Dr. Mike Idacavage, UCB Chemicals, received the RadTech President’s Award at the RadTech Winter meeting in Clearwater, Fla. “Mike has distinguished himself by his commitment to the technical and educational development of our technology through RadTech,” said David Diehl, PPG Industries and RadTech president. “Not only is he well-respected as a scientist, he has proven himself as a true leader in our industry.”
Idacavage is editor in chief of the association’s trade journal, The RadTech Report, and heads the committee managing the successful RadTech biennial technical conference. Idacavage is vice president of research and technology at UCB Chemicals with responsibility for UV/EB curing, powders, composites, PSAs, analytical and engineering technologies.
