IPC - Association Connecting Electronics Industries® has announced the appointment of Shane Whiteside of TTM Technologies as the newest addition to the IPC Board of Directors. He fills the vacancy left by Stan Gentry of Noble Industries, Ltd., who resigned in April. Whiteside will complete the two-year term covering calendar years 2005 and 2006. Whiteside has served as director of operations at Power Circuits, and was previously employed by Technica USA, serving in such capacities as product manager. Whiteside holds a B.A. in economics from the University of California at Irvine.
