ACCUTEST CORP. ACQUIRES EVERGREEN ANALYTICAL, INC.
Accutest Corp. has announced the acquisition of Denver-based Evergreen Analytical Inc. Accutest is the country’s third-largest environmental testing laboratory and was acquired by Edgewater in May 2007. The company’s expansion plan includes developing or acquiring regional environmental testing labs to complete its national coverage of all EPA Regions.
The acquisition will bring new customers to Accutest and allow the company to assign contracts to Evergreen for national customers who have environmental testing needs in the Rocky Mountain States. Evergreen will leverage Accutest’s existing infrastructure, including its national sales force, IT systems, administration and electronic reporting capabilities.
