RPM International Adds to Treasury and IT Departments
RPM International Inc. has announced
the hiring of a global treasury manager and an information technology auditor.
Terri L. Wallace will serve as RPM’s primary treasury management contact in the U.S. and as a liaison for European-based financial and treasury managers. She will also assist in cash flow preparation and analysis and support the execution of RPM’s global liquidity and debt management objectives. Wallace joins the company after more than 13 years of treasury experience with Invacare Corp., Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and TTI Floor Care North America. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Tiffin University.
Marvin Muhumuza joins RPM from PNC Financial Services Group where he was a senior quality assurance analyst lead. Previously, he held information technology-related analyst and auditor positions with National City Bank and Xceltech Inc. He holds a master’s degree in accounting from Strayer University and a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Makerere University in Uganda.
