IPS Structural Adhesives Corp. recently announced its acquisition of Holdtite Adhesives Ltd. The resulting global company will focus on providing a broad offering of structural adhesive solutions to industrial and commercial markets.

IPS plans immediate investment into UK-based Holdtite’s facilities and processes to implement the manufacturing and technical service models it has used in the U.S. Likewise, IPS will adopt the information systems currently used by Holdtite.
