General Stanley McChrystal to Give Keynote

Stanley McChrystal, retired Four-Star Army general and the former commander of U.S. and International Forces in Afghanistan, will provide the opening keynote address on Wednesday, February 2. McChrystal will share insights, experiences and stories to illustrate the importance of openness, teamwork, and forward-thinking. In addition, he will address the use of composite materials in military applications.

Educational sessions are scheduled for the duration of the event, covering topics including Design and Engineering, Business Strategy and Operations, Traditional and Emerging Markets, Manufacturing, Materials, Green Composites, Regulatory and Legislative, and POLYCON – Cast Polymer.

The Award for Composites Excellence (ACE) and Pinnacle Product Showcase and Competition will also place at COMPOSITES 2011. In addition, entrants will present their products on the main stage in the exhibit hall.
