Fuller was ranked 17th on the large company list. Its employees reportedly say the company is a great place to work because managers “listen to the team, ask for feedback, and act on issues quickly to get issues resolved.” Employees also said they appreciate “the emphasis that is placed on winning the right way,” noting that “recognition, whether that simply is a thanks or one of the more formal programs, makes me feel appreciated.”
