EAG Coatings Solutions Appoints Two Managers
EAG Coatings Solutions recently announced it has hired Randy Francisco as general manager and Dennis Buhl as business development manager. Both reportedly bring extensive experience in the coatings, chemicals and technical services industries.
Francisco most recently held business development and corporate sales roles with SGS Consumer Testing Services and NSF International. He began his career with Dow Chemical Co., leading sales, R&D, and technical services for thermosetting resins, specialty monomers, epoxies, vinyl esters, and other coatings products. He also directed sales and marketing of powder coating services, architectural, special-purpose and automotive coating materials, and spectrophotometer technology for several different companies.
Buhl will be assisting and advising clients as they develop innovative coatings products, from idea generation and feasibility studies to formulation development, scale-up and manufacturing support. In addition, he will work with companies facing product-related challenges, using EAG’s analytical and physical testing capabilities for problem solving. He previously held positions at Eckart America, Akzo Nobel, Quaker Chemical, PPG Industries and The Valspar Corp.
