Avery Dennison, 3M Terminate Agreement
Avery Dennison Corp. and 3M Co. recently announced that the agreement under which 3M would have purchased Avery Dennison’s Office and Consumer Products business has been terminated. Avery Dennison will reportedly continue to pursue a divestiture of the business.
